Bridging Kenya’s digital divide — one community at a time

We subscribe to the belief that Technology is meant for all. And for all to benefit, all the existing barriers must be flattened. Most people are still excluded in a world where digital Technology continues to collapse physical boundaries and transform lives. Contrary to what digital Technology should technically achieve, it continues to increase the digital divide as Technology evolves. Tech4G, with its inclusive mission, aspires to harness the power of Technology to improve the livelihood of all, especially the marginalized and vulnerable populations. This group includes women, youth, persons living with disability, and communities from the marginalized regions of Kenya like Wajir, Mandera, Samburu, Turkana, Kilifi, Kwale and Garissa. Also targeted are the many youths from college who remain unemployed due to a lack of relevant skills required by the industry. The organization’s mission is to provide mentorship, inspire innovation, support technological entrepreneurship and equip marginalized and vulnerable communities with appropriate digital skills to earn sustainable livelihoods.
