Evidence drives everything we do. Without reliable data on where digital exclusion is most acute, interventions become guesswork. Tech4G conducts and publishes research on the digital divide in Kenya — contributing to national policy dialogues, informing funder strategies, and giving communities themselves a voice in how digital inclusion is measured and achieved.
We aspire to be Kenya’s foremost authority on digital inclusion data — the organisation that policymakers, funders, and partners turn to when they need to understand the true state of digital access and opportunity in marginalised regions.
What this looks like in practice:
- Continuous research on the digital divide in Kenya’s ASAL and coastal counties
- Participation and contribution to national ICT policy dialogues
- Publication of reports on digital technology access, usage, and impact
